I'm an Audio Engineer, and I use this app for fast measuring and trimming. The analog outputs of my ipad and my iphone have a very flat frequency response (I've measured that with an osciloscope). If you measure with a Volt-meter, take into account that most Volt-meters don't measure accurately in the whole frequency range.

I love this app! I use binaural beats to meditate and this is an easy way to create whatever custom sound you want. The only thing I wish it had that it doesn’t as far as I know is the ability to create and download a file of your custom sounds. I’d like to save them to make tracks with music, white noise, affirmations, etc for YouTube videos and the like. Also, I’d like to use them on other devices like my PC. Otherwise totally worth the money! Love it love it! I would pay a little extra for this feature though!
One - on the sweep setting, it always resets to 440 hertz so you have to manually adjust it every time. And also would be nice if the start/pause button were bigger so you could use it without looking at the screen.
I searched for a functioning generator app and this one looked interesting. I still have the free version, but I’m seriously considering paying the modest price to upgrade to the pro version because of the additional features. I love the various way forms and the other options, the app offers. Next I will use it to test my car stereo!

Your basic Frequency Generator with nothing spectacular or special, but I do appreciate how many options come with its basic layout from the gate on the free version. Extremely important to individuals such as myself to set Amplifier Gain Levels correctly in Car Audio installations…….
Instead of searching for frequency tracks online that is corrupted with random music, I was able to use this tool to generate the sound I needed. This has everything and buying the premium version was so worth it.
