Great App

The Hermitage General Tour provided an excellent overview of the museum. Easy to use with good descriptions of key exhibits and useful map to help find your way around. Worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Doesn’t work

Tried to download tours but keeps failing

Didn’t work

The app looks great, but when you pay the money to download specific tours -you get charged but the tours don’t download. Big waste of time and money.

Terrible

Do not buy. This app is not ready yet. Should not even be beta. Wasted more than an hour trying to make mine and my girlfriend’s work after we’d paid for the audio. Finally got one of them working, but then gave up using it after a while when it was awkward to navigate to a point halfway through the tour. When later in the day I thought I’d give in another go, the app yet again resumed it’s earlier problem and wouldn’t go past the start up screen and wanted to download everything again. I am a technologically savvy user.
