It's good, but it needs a little more

I've been looking for an app like this, I first found an really expencive app called Airfoil from rogue amoeba. It worked really nice, but i didn't want to pay that much for an app like that. So i de installed it and went to search for other apps that do the same thing, and i found AudiIn. I need to say that it took me a while to understand all of it, especially the soundflower part (for mac users) but when you're known to mac, you'll find out ;) I'm missing one thing, when i first downloaded the free app to see if it work, i was thinking the app didn't work because i wasn't hearing anything trough the speaker of my iPhone 3G. After reading the description i grabbed my earphones and plugged them in, and there was sound! I get the idea of the 'wireless earphone' but why didn't you guys put the speaker support in to this app? it's really useful! after all i think i'm going to use this app really often :)

Really bad. Don't spend your money on this

It functions.. But if you care about what it actually sounds like, don't bother. But some nice thought went into the app with the keyboard shortcuts and stuff. Too bad the main function isn't that great :/

Yes, once you figure it all out, the pc's sound come out of the iphone's speaker, delayed by about 1/2 second. You can turn up the volume on the iPhone and it sounds pretty good. I grade them down for the awful and inintuitive user interface in the iPhone app and in the AudioServer. For example, in the AudioServer, you check "Vista core audio" to transmit from the computer's speaker and uncheck it to transmit from the microphone. What language is that in? On the iPhone, you have to click on the complicated looking number to start the audio. How about "Start Audio" or something? Users are human beings, not mind readers.

It works great on windows 7 on an asus motherboard with a i7 2600k processor. Wireless headphones on wireless g and a mouse control, worked for me.

Nothing elaborate here... It's a failed attempt, take it off the market! They know it's faulty, yet make no updates and they keep selling...(iGreed?) Trust the growing number of disappointed people! One star is one too many.

Forget it

I used this app for over a year. It has some serious issues quitting, crashing and distorting sound. I was not able to watch a movie once without having to restart my phone, computer or both. Lately it totally stopped working. Every time I start it, it makes a screeching noise that keeps on getting louder. I send an email to support and got no answer.

It Works

I had to redownload my audio drivers from realtek and enable the mixed audio from my control panel, also, i had to disable the vista core mode from the server program, (I use windows 7 x64) but once it works, it works great. Theres a little lag sometimes, but if you will use it for audio only, the audio quality is very good. If you will use it to watch with videos, you need a good wifi connection and need to put the streaming buffers to a minimum. For most of the videos you cant notice the lag, but for others theres a little milliseconds lag going on. Its not really that bad and is very rare. I live in Brazil. A good bluetooth or wireless headset costs more than $50 here, so for most of my purposes this program works and for the price of a snack. Before you buy, try the free version to make the adjustments you need to make it work for you.
