Very useful AR

I select an item from the list to display, then a screen wants me to wave the iPhone around to “learn the surfaces” but nothing ever happens. Then, miraculously, the one time it did advance to “tap the screen to place the object,” it never placed it. So, pretty much useless. I suspect it’s trying to be too good and feature-rich that it doesn’t fundamentally work.

The app use to have a search bar and I could use it for generac generators. Search bar has been removed so I can no longer use the app for generators.

The augment manager is next to impossible to get your models to upload. It’s maddening!!!

For some reason your app does not have an icon in the settings panel all my downloaded apps are there except for this one I’m not sure if this should be of concern because your app does list requirements needed.. ex: Location etc…

I dont really like it very much, because unlike other augumented reality apps, you cant record a video with your 3D model

Obviously my fault, but I really don't understand the point.

This is very powerful and sharp and it’s great for a free app

1. I set up an account. 2. I open the app, login, click ‘scan.’ 3. I point the camera at a QR code that was published in ACS Chemical Biology. 4. I get sent to the App Store, on the Augment page, with a button to Open the Augment app. 5. I click ‘Open’ and the app tells me to scan a QR code. 6. Back to #3, and go through the cycle again. And again.
