When I downloaded this app it said i will get 1 free pretzel when i do my first purchase, which was not true.

Down loaded the app, open it to a blue welcome page and that’s it, wont load any further, no options to select nothing. What a waste of time, if I could give zero stars I would!!

No verification code sent out to validate account. Tried a number of times using different email accounts over several weeks and checked junk box but no validation code. I won’t be buying from AA if there is a loyalty scheme I can’t benefit from..

Once you download this app and activate your account it works seamlessly. Much better than the old version. It’s great for all the family to use even if they don’t have the main phone with them. Simply give the server the mobile number registered to the account and you can still get your rewards / savings ”It’s a no brainer”

I have tried millions of times on different days and time but couldn’t seem to register myself. I went to the shop and one of the staff members kindly offered help. But still, they couldn’t make it work. This is such a waste of time. I also tried the website, again, not working.
