Authenticator App - Authkey

There is a trial period of 3 days, after which they charge you for 60€. The catch is that there is no cancellation button to unsubscribe before being charged! They say that if you want to unsubscribe and not pay the subscription fee, before the trial period ends, you have to contact their support team. I sent them 2 emails stating clearly that I want to cancel the subscription, before the trial period ends. They didn’t reply and they charged me anyway 60€! Btw, they don’t have a cancellation button in the app, although they claim that they do. My next steps is to write to Apple and take them down from the store, because it’s a scam!!!

Once again, the cure called the computer. I’ve been trying several times.

I have been trying to add my password and whenever I click a button it says unlimited authenticator I don’t want to get this unlimited thing I just need to add my password and there is no way to add password.

Could be a lot more simple to get through this process. That’s from an old guy still taking on new tricks. Please ask the developers to look up the word. Intuitive.

3 day free trial and then they charge you $50. We live in a hyper capitalist dystopia and this app is a prime example. Best of all it doesn’t even work.

I downloaded this app and paid the one time lifetime fee of 49.99. Had an issue with applying the six digit security code after numerous attempts. Contacted the company support immediately and subsequently each day for five days. Never got a response!! I let them know that I am not tech savvy and it could be a simple issue on my end but still no response.Contacted PapPal and was issued a full refund within 12 hours!! Buyer beware!! I would give them zero stars if I could!!
