Good job people, you deleted my discord auth code I can’t log in anymore

Both my laptop and this authenticator generate numbers to fill in with the other, but neither can receive the input of the other!

I switched to this app after Google Authenticator lost all my codes. I wanted an app with support and backup of your codes in case they are accidentally lost (again). Well, lo and behold they lost my codes, the backup doesn’t work, and support does not respond even if you have a paid, premium account. It’s going to cost me hours to fix this mess, again.

Before this app updated it was decent. But now it’s deleted both of my accounts so now I’m out of luck. Contacted support but still haven’t heard back.

Removed all of my Authenticator keys I had set up. I’m locked out of a ton of stuff.

I initially used the app over a year ago. Since then, it’s dumped the information and now I’m trying to login and it won’t let me because it doesn’t remember my account.

I am required to use this app to access an account. I otherwise wouldn’t even have this app. That being said, every time I open it to get my code I have a full screen pop up ad trying to get me to subscribe to premium. All I want to do is get into my account, it’s annoying enough to have to use 2-factor authentication and now I also have to deal with pop up ads before I can get my code. Additionally, the app recently updated and removed the only account I had linked. I cannot access my account now because I cannot get the code for it. This is ridiculous.
