Bad customer support
Buggy app, that locked my Zoho mail account and doesn’t let to proceed with set up or cancel two factor auth. Bugs happen, we all know it, but not willing of the team to cooperate is astonish.

This used to be my favorite app for MFA tokens. The interfaces for most password managers are super clumsy for quickly getting an OTP, and since I have multiple non-Apple devices, I need something that syncs without relying on the Great Big If You Just Give In, Everything Will Be Ok Apple ecosystem. This has been my go-to for a bit now. Unfortunately every recent release seems to take it a step backward in usability. There used to be a feature where you could take a photo of a new OTP with a draggable screen-grabber, SUPER convenient. But that’s either broken or gone now and your only option is to take a photo with an iPhone. And they’re forcing other changes with no settings to control them, like auto-locking the app and requiring you to enter your password every time. Good for security in theory, but not necessary for my needs and an extra usability hassle. It’s a shame, this was a great app. It’s hard to really complain because it’s free - I appreciate what the devs have done here. But I guess I’m back on the hunt again for a good MFA/OTP app that syncs cross-device with good usability.
This works so good, you can’t even get into your own account. I have a paid version account and another account. I am not sure if it is because I have 2 accounts I can’t log in to access my account. I am sure the hackers won’t be able to access my account either.
Worthless and confusing and always fails when you need it. Not intuitive by any means and a clumsy application.
Wonderfull
Too many incomplete features, tries to force you into its ecosystem.
Aside from all the data collection by these "authenticators"... good luck if you ever switch a device or lose a device... and be sure to keep every device you own on your person 24 hours a day because you'll need 15 different devices that endlessly loop back on themselves to try to access your own account. Yep, MFA is so safe, no one can access your accounts, especially you. Passwords have always been the safest and best way to keep an account secure, it's just people are too stupid to come up with a decent password. So, now we have to deal with the stupidity that is MFA.
This app has allowed me to protect my business while successfully managing my portfolio. I highly recommend it!
Best 2FA app
OneAuth is claiming it requires notifications for Smart Sign-In. It does not. You can tap OK on the prompt, return to the app, and continue signing in. I don’t want notifications from this app. They add no amount of security to my login process and instead hinder it. They weren’t “required” before, so why are they now? Please disable this annoying prompt, at least for every sign-in. I’d accept it if it appears once with a “don’t show again” checkbox.
