used it for years feels very safe
and i assume doen not leak to 3rd parties. i rather not trust google since it already controls too much.
Description
Authenticator is a simple, free, and open source two-factor authentication app. It helps keep your online accounts secure by generating unique one-time passwords, which you use in combination with your other passwords to log into supporting websites. Do Not Use - Impossible to Move to a New Device
The app, while seemingly simple to use, lacks the ability to switch devices at all. If you plan to upgrade your device ever, don’t use this app.
No export or cloud options
I get it. Clouds aren't safe or whatever. Where is the option to export my existing tokens though? I can't move any existing tokens to a new device and I might just loose these accounts forever when I reset the old phone.
