What’s a hard brake?
I got the app to help get a 5% discount on my car insurance bye so far this app has shown more hard brakes that never happened and it shows “events” but doesn’t say what the “event is”. I had 0 hard brakes, did not talk in the phone and did not speed but it yea led 3 Events? Please make the app more user friendly as to what a hard brake means and what you consider an event
Constantly running into UX problems
Sometimes my correct log in works and sometimes it does not. Also, I’ve tried numerous times to download my proof of insurance as a pdf, and it has never worked. It just shows me a loading icon over the top of my policy, and I cannot download. The app is overall very laggy and really painful to use from a UX perspective. Regularly, I have to resort to using my desktop to log in to my account because the app comes up short.
