Didn’t get my purchase

I paid for the super pass twice and you deduct from my account , but I didn’t get the pass and didn’t get refund for the second payment.

Too many ads

I went out of my way to give it 1 star because of the ads. Good game, way too many ads.

The ads is just beyond annoying. It starts suddenly mid-game!

Upgrade issue

Why when upgrading it shows that it gets slower instead of faster? Please, add an option to skip ADs or in game purchase to remove all future ADs
