AutoBracket brings to iPhone/iPad the “auto-bracketing” feature previously only seen in high-end DSLR cameras! You can shoot 3 photos in rapid succession, each at a different exposure compensation. This allows you to shoot now and choose the best exposure later, or to merge the 3 photos into one HDR photo.
- Features on newer devices (iPhone 5, 5S, 6, 6+, retina iPad) -
* Merge 3 exposures to capture much higher dynamic range
* Precisely control the 3 exposures via a bracket slider
* View color coded histogram for optimal choice of center exposure
* Control focus and exposure independently
* Speed - capture and merging is fast
* Fine tune highlights, shadows, and vibrance using sliders
* Timed capture, thirds grid to guide composition, effect filters
* Full support for front and back facing camera
* Convenient sharing features (Facebook, Twitter, email, Instagram)
- Features on older or lower-memory devices (iPhone 4S & below, iPod Touch, non-retina iPad) are reduced because of device constraints -
* Precisely control the 3 exposures via a bracket slider
* View color coded histogram for optimal choice of center exposure
* Control focus and exposure independently
* Timed capture, thirds grid to guide composition
* Support for front and back facing camera

Poorly designed
I DID grant it the ability to write to my photo album, and in settings>Privacy I have confirmed that you CAN write to my album. Yet the app claims after each photo that “I did not grant it the right to write to my album” 🙄
Waste of money. Will be requesting a full refund.
Not good
Same here. I can’t even give the phone authorization to access the camera. DOESN’T WORK
Can’t access photos or camera
The application can’t access camera or photos so it doesn’t work. Do not buy unless they fix this.
Camera access denied
It never asked, nor is it the privacy settings to turn on. Just paid for a lump of coal.
Doesn’t work with ios12
After upgrade to ios12 the app have problem require access to use the camera or access photo. Please fix!
Great HDR
This gives you good control over the exposure and exposure range, takes 3 photos very quickly (saving all three to your camera role for later), and does an impressive job of combining the three images into an HDR image. I am pleased with image quality (although the pictures it takes are lower-resolution than the camera app) and the HDR result from the software. I recently tried a new app that seemed to offer great HDR and I'm back to Autobracket because it produces far better pictures. Lack of metadata (GPS is really the one I care about) is my only complaint, otherwise 5 stars.
No Metadata
All I want is an app that will quickly take 3 bracketed images so I can merge them later on my Mac using Photomatix. AutoBracket does this. What it doesn’t do is save any metadata in the photos it records; no exposure info, no capture time, no GPS coordinates, no camera info, nothing. I rely on metadata to organize photos in Lightroom and merge images in Photomatix. Sure, I can work around the missing information, but it’s awkward, time-consuming and just plain annoying to have to do so.
Works well
I like this app very well. I also like the companion app, True HDR. AutoBracket makes 3 shots nearly instantaneously, making it a very good choice when the subject might move a bit between more widely spaced (time-wise) shots. I especially like the possibility to select of exposure bias for the 3 shots.
Since this app came out not long ago it has had useful improvements made to it and I imagine it will get even better as time goes by.
THE HDR APP GUYS
I decided to review this app as a courtesy to the work you guys have done on both this, and the original app. Keep it up!
