Have enjoyed these automatic shades for many years. Virtually trouble free, but when I do need some help, the customer support is outstanding. Kudos to Kirill. He was most helpful today and got my problem solved. Thank you for such great support.

I have had this system for 3 years. They have GREATLY improved all functions and reliability. I very rarely ever have to wait for the blinds to respond or even restart the hub any more. I did accidentally press the pairing button on the back today and had to call support… Kirill knew exactly what to do to get me back up and running in less than ten minutes!
I am always grateful to be able to speak to a live human person when I have technical trouble with my shades. I was disconnected from my original tech support person but luckily reached Kirill on my second attempt. He helped trouble shoot a very complex issue that occurred after my internet/ cable line was accidentally cut by my lawn service and had to be replaced. I tried unsuccessfully to trouble shoot on my own but could not successfully pair the hub and my internet to get it back online. It was a bit more complicated than I expected and I would not have been able to figure it out on my own. He patiently walked me through each step. Thank you Kirill!!

After installing a new modem and router, I was not able to pair my shades with WiFi. I called customer service and was fortunate to talk to Kirill. He determined that my hub was outdated and ordered a Pulse2, which I received in record time: four days! Then had to contact him for help in setting it all up. He was patient and kind, his directions were clear and easy to understand, and as someone who has spent over 30 years in customer service — I am very impressed!!! Good service is becoming difficult to find these days. Outstanding is even more rare! Kirill is outstanding. The product is pretty cool too!
Just set up my 9 new shades in the app and here’s my take: 1. The pairing process during the initial setup between app/hub/network could be more intuitive but thankfully customer service support is top notch and got me humming along. 2. The rep I talked to over the phone was Kirill and I can’t remember the last time I had such a great customer service experience. Incredibly patient and thoughtful folks who genuinely care about your product enjoyment are few and far between these days but luckily I found one! 3. The instructions that come with the hub are sparse but the website has loads of info so even though I learned lots from Kirill just now, I know I’ll be heading to the site to find out how to tinker more! All in all, I try to see things for what they can be rather for what they are now which is why I hope the developers take our feedback to heart and really make this app reach it’s potential.
I called customer support because I had trouble setting up my shades on the app on my iPhone. I left a message and Kirill called back within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and walked me through the process.
