DOWNLOAD AUTOPAY AND GO

Autopay is a free app that facilitates automatic toll payments and is already used by almost 2 million drivers. Thanks to it, you do not have to wait in long queues - all you have to do is slow down in front of the gate, the system will identify you, the payment will be charged automatically from the card you have linked to your account, and you can continue your trip.

MOTORWAYS COVERED BY AUTOPAY

Currently, you can use Autopay on motorways included in the videotolling system, i.e. In Poland on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway and on the AmberOne A1 Gdańsk-Toruń motorway and in Austria on A 9 Pyhrn / Bosruck and Gleinalm tunnel, A 10 Tauern motorway, A 11 Karawanken Southbound, A 13 Brenner motorway, S 16 Arlberg road tunnel.

From July 1, 2023, traveling on state motorways, i.e. A4 Wrocław-Gliwice (Sośnica) and A2 Konin-Stryków, is free. If the government decides to reintroduce the fees - you will be able to use Autopay to pay for these sections as well.

DIGITAL VIGNETTES AVAILABLE IN AUTOPAY

Autopay allows you to buy digital vignettes to Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. All you have to do is log in to your account, select the country you are interested in, indicate the number of days and confirm the payment. The vignette will be sent to your mailbox (in the form of a .pdf file). You don't even need to print it. All you have to do is show it on the screen of your phone during a possible inspection.

PAY AT CAR WASHES AND PARKING LOTS WITH AUTOPAY

Easy quick & convenient.

I don’t understand why all drivers on the A4 do not have this app. Obviously they like to waste time queueing. This Autopay app is simple to set up (unlike the ridiculous E-Toll app) and you do not have to keep your phone on as it reads your numberplate at toll points. You avoid the long queues to pay at the toll booths. It will also buy you tickets for E-Toll roads.

Difficult to decipher and NO signs on Motorway. Seems designed to issue fines.

„jeśli decyduje się Pan na samodzielny zakup biletu należy dezaktywować w aplikacji automatyczny pobór środków za ten sam przejazd poprzez dezaktywację pojazdu w usłudze. W tym przypadku zwrot nie przysługuje.” Czyli jesli apka przez caly przejazd nie naliczy kasy i sami kuicie, a za chwile sie „obudzi” to zaplacicie dwa razy. BRAWO!!! Zwrot nie przysluguje 🤦‍♂️ bo co? Bo tak się Pani widzi…

Aplikacja nie wykonala podstawowego zadania

Pomimo udzielenia aplikacji uprawnien do odczytu mojej lokalizacji i notyfikacji push, aplikacja nie wykryla wjazdu na autostrade i nie zaproponowala kupna biletu. Aplikacje uruchomilem przed wjazdem na autostrade zgodnie z instrukcjami.

Payments

The payment side of this app needs some attention. Everything is OK until your credit card expires. Then it has problems using your new card. Also when you go in to the app to pay manually, because it has failed to take the payment from your new existing card, you have to use some other form of payment or enter your card details again for each payment. What is nice is that it lets you through the barrier even if you have an outstanding payment.
