Sucks more than Covid19 & WWll combined

This is just plain terribleness overload. Just pull the App, start over, and publish an App when the overall experience does not make you want to smack your phone. This just hurts.

No landscape

On the ipad i can’t use landscape. This is not workable when the smart keyboard is attached.

Cannot attach files

I cannot attach files to tickets, if i try it says that i have to upgrade the app. There are no updates available for the app!

Unable to use the app since this morning's update

8/7/2017: update, this issue is fixed! 👍🏼 Warning: The domain you are trying to access is different than the domain configured for your Autotask Livemobile application.

Could be handy, Some small issues

This app works quite Well, except for one Major issue. When i try to enter a time one an item , the hour and minute Wheels are possitioned over each other. Also on 3G it is real slow

You already pay a lot of money for using autotask. Paying for this app is not OK
