Worst app ever

Terrible, very confusing, could not pay for a simple vacuum

Confusing

Licking the button “get a wash” apparently purchased a new wash even when you already have a membership. Why can’t it just open the barcode to scam if you are already a member? Annoying

Great wash but QR a PAIN

The washes are great and the app generally works OK. However, the QR code the app generates and the scanner struggle to connect because of condensation on the scanner. The kiosk will often time out and you’ll have to get out of your vehicle and start the whole process over to get the scan to work. With any luck, they’ll switch to an NFC solution you can put in your Apple wallet.

Best self/auto wash

Good vibes and clean rides. The app is amazing. In person I’ve seen faulty equipment (vacuums) fixed in under 24hrs. The tech support is immediate. The app also has a chance for members or non-members to have a daily spin for free washes. Dear Autowash, Ty.

Trash UI, not functional

I can’t even sign up to use the app because they disabled copy/paste and access from other apps like password managers. I’m not going to write down and then type in a 20-digit password generated by my pw manager — I will just not use this app.

Spin to win is a scam

Why even put this feature it’s a 99% “Just missed it” result. Just saying basically useless.

No drying on basic wash

Basic car wash does not include drying… no car wash is complete without proper drying.. whoever came up with the plan lacks common sense.

Very slow-

It takes forever to load the app- no matter if you are using 500mbps wifi. I love the washing service but this will be the app if I terminate my membership. It takes forever to load and many times I pulled myself back from getting the car washed. Pathetic app.

Great car wash service and amazing customer service!

I got the basic membership to try it out and been washing my car once a week. My car has never been so clean! Had an issue with the app not giving me a barcode but with a quick 2 minute call someone was able to help me and get me an another barcode for my wash. Love it!
