- Trial: A yearly subscription includes a 14-day trial period, while a monthly subscription comes with a 7-day trial period. During these trial periods, you can cancel anytime free of charge, as long as you do so before the final 24 hours of your trial.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate.
- Payment will be charged to your App Store Account.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

I signed up for the ultimate trial, during the trial I was offered discounted premium (I assumed it would cancel the ultimate trial, as most apps do) then after trial period it double billed me for ultimate AND premium. Contacted apple to get this resolved (they refunded the cheaper subscription) and now I have to figure out how to reauthorize/restore my ultimate subscription. TRASH APP. Lack of double billing protections. Reauthorizing is NOT straightforward or easy to find and app deauthorizes randomly, so I ended up unnecessarily requesting a refund for Ultimate as well. 3/10 would not recommend. Avast needs to make it so you can’t have two concurrent trials at two different tiers like literally every other app. I should also be sent a activation code when I sign up through apple but apparently it’s only available through the app. Overall terrible experience. None of this would have happened if Avast made concurrent trial periods invalid and just prioritized the higher tier subscription like literally every other app.

I thought this app wouldnt work well until i tested it out. I went onto some dangerous websites and the web shield protected my phone. I still got some suspicious tabs opened with out me pushing anything though. Could you guys potentially do something to fix that?
Hacked
I was hacked and they even hacked the app!! Now they have my information and this app was soppossed to alert me and I know for a fact my accounts were hacked and I ran a scam and the hackers changed my screen and said that my device was fine with no issues!!!
Search out spam & scams would be tremendous help 🤗
So hope IT can develop program search out scams and spam stick on IPhones or Androids.
