No way to enable ap to work. You disable the ap which doesn’t help me so you can sell me premium. Please enable the ap to work. Otherwise there is no reason to have it.

What has happened!!!!!!
This app just forced me into lookout premium I could not go back to the service I had prior and I can’t go in and delete my information. I feel like something has gone terribly wrong with lookout.
Really!
Account shows Basic and I’m paying for Premium. What’s going on. Going to shop around.
Terrible app and no customer support
Paying $9.99 a month for premium and it changes to basic I had to delete the app twice and now it doesn’t work. Doesn’t change back to premium stays on basic so I cancel my membership I’ll go somewhere else.
Not Reliable
For two or three years I’ve been paying $2.99 for the Premium Service. Suddenly and without any notification I realized that my Account was placed from Premium to Basic. When I pulled the Account Payments I realized that just in the month of June 2024, I was charged $2.99, seven times for which I will request a refund. Not happy about this move from Lookout and will cancel. Do not purchase this Application or if you do, do not trust these people that thinking that you are protected while it wasn’t..

Very reliable app, does a very good job. And they have a very friendly knowledgeable staff that will work with you to answer questions and to straighten out any problems that you may have.
Basic no longer free
Basic no longer free. Only option is 60 dollars a year. No thanks, deleted.
BEWARE SCAM!!!!
Have been paying $10/month for a premium plus plan for years. I log in and today it’s asking me to update to a “premium” plan and when I check it states that I currently have a basic plan. So what have I been paying for all these years. I was also CHARGED 6 TIMES for the month of June!!! I have screenshots and receipts. Don’t waste your money here. Just cancelled my subscription
Don’t pay for premium
If you pay for premium, you’ll only get the basic features.
No longer any good-
I was a 10 year lookout premium subscriber. I noticed my premium subscription was a basic and i have been paying for premium. I have receipts and screenshots of before and after. I called customer service and they told me i could not be found in their system! A 10 year premium customer and i do not exist in your system?!! Seems as they have been hacked or something as i am not the only one. This should tell you how good their security is when they can not find their own customers as they most likely been hacked. Imagine what is really happening on your devices. I asked for a supervisor and they said there was nobody to help me. But what have someone call me within 2 days!!! What??!! 2 days with no coverage! I told them i was going to cancel my subscription because i would be paying for premium when i am really on basic plan. They seem not to care and i never received the promised call! I switched to a nationwide competitors plan and they blow away Lookout! Buyer beware! You have been warned!
