Difficult to find group function. If you power then off… then totally screwed. Connection and app is very flakey.

Would just constantly flash wouldn't connect tried everything nothing would let it connect wouldn't buy again

i like it a lot very entertaining for my childish mind but it’s not letting me access the light to change it anymore it says the app needs an update but when i try to update the app it says it’s the newest version so i’m unable to make my light bright again

the actual light is good and it works but the app is so bad. it takes so many tries/refreshes to get it to actually load and not freeze. very frustrating.

I cannot set it up- I click on the bulb type in the Wi-Fi password and it just doesn’t connect. I did everything it says

These so called smart bulbs from avatar are by far the worst and most aggravating smart device I’ve had! I’ve owned them for a number of years now. All the other brand bulbs/plugs etc are no trouble at all! But avatar ones…oh wow! They’ll drop off randomly every so often and then are a nightmare to get going again and as for connecting to a new router. HORRENDOUS! Again every other device has reconnected no problem! But not these useless things from this brand. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! You will regret it!! Years of problems. Stick to Phillips etc!

Sort out the controls as the app is now bloody terrible, I go to use 1 item yet the app turns on a completely different 1 or everything, the old style was so much better

Since latest update the app controls are unreliable. When selecting one device to switch on, at times another device will also switch on.

Works wonderfully well and very easy to use

Trying to connect the bulb to my wifi for the first time took soooo many attempts. It’s a very similar app to a smart electric heater and that was also difficult to connect to the wifi. Both connected by just trying over and over again.
