Mariana, as a working mom knows what is realistic. She doesn’t recommend diets that can’t be sustained and takes into account what is accesible to each individual. On top of that she has a wealth of knowledge making it easy for her to customize healthy, practical and delicious recipes. And she speaks both English and Spanish!
