An utter waste of money on their camera systems considering the app is pretty much useless. Atrocious
I do feel the price point versus quality with AvertX has always been decent but of late there seems to be alot of performance issues. This past week the update stopped phone notifications, very annoying
The latest update brought a new start screen to select recorders. Before I could see all my recorders right after app launch, but now I need to drill down to each one (more clicks) to get to the recorder I want. Please revert!
I just updated to latest version and it still sits there for MINUTES trying to load. Thats connected on the local network not remote. The info says new feature to see all the analytics color coded. Where (and why) do you turn that on? It’s not improving
Just updated the new app which took under 30 secs to do. Was hoping improved performance but it is not better. Did a simple search of person filter and played back an event - when the event is over, I can’t go back by tapping either the filter or close options in the upper left and right corner of the screen. I have to exit the app and come back in. AvertX has really good hardware but the software is just not good enough.
Old reviews do not represent the much better state that this app is in. Most of the issues in those 1+ year old comments have been fixed.
I have used this app for many years now and it’s mediocre at best. You made changes about 6 to 9 months ago using the search function and it now takes even longer to get footage loaded and have to go through multiple steps. This app needs major attention to. Can’t recommend your product because of this app. Great customer service, horrible app.
I wish they do some improvement to their app is keep disconnecting and freeze when you view or when you go to the recording is really frustrating
Please include some basic settings in the app. Currently you must connect the DVR to a monitor/TV, keyboard and mouse. Also don’t see any way to change resolution settings for the settings panel. So can’t view all the settings.
