Mary’s path from Civil Engineer to fitness coach was inspired by her own personal transformation. After the birth of her third child, she felt “physically and mentally broken”.
Her health and fitness had taken a back seat and she was struggling with severe anxiety. Mary used weights to build her physical strength, which then translated into mental strength.
Her wellness program Strong Formula aims to help other women find their strength and confidence too.
Katie Lyons – Nutrition Coach
Certified Precision Nutrition Coach
Katie is a Precision Nutrition qualified Nutrition Coach and is so passionate about food and nutrition. Her role is to support our group generically in terms of meal planning, preparation and tips to improve eating habits.
Nicole Monteforte – Life Coach
Bachelor of Physical Education, Certified Level IV Fitness, Foundations in Counselling Certificate, Certified in Transcendental Meditation
Nicole combines an avid intellect with a keen understanding of human nature and how using your body to change your mood is the way forward through life’s obstacle field. Nicole has used those skills to help build PURPOSE DRIVEN businesses, teams and individuals. She now works as a MindFit Expert for Leaders, Teams and People in finding their new way of operating – WITH MEANING.
