The app has a bad interface and is tricky to navigate. But that’s the just the tip of the iceberg. The service overall is very bad it’s hard to make a booking and even if a driver accepts they suddenly cancel on the merit “the driver made a mistake”. Payment is also complicated coz their card payment if often buggy and would prefer for you to top up your wallet of the app - and then bundle it with the driver cancelling and you can’t refund your wallet top-up. If you can stay away from this app. Grab and InDrive are better options, and they’re not exactly good ones.

Dreadful app. Cannot add payment cards, do not use

I like how Avis provides assured drivers especially if you are catching a flight, they are well trained and professional. However, what I found absurd and questionable was being charged 42% more from the estimated quote from Ugong, Pasig to the T2 airport. I only took P45.00 toll and there literally was no traffic during the drive. I am extremely disappointed.

I was able to get to my destination on time. Driver arrived early and was very professional. I felt safe. Thank you Avis Philippines!

I tried resending code for 3x already still I did not receive anything. Not a good app

this is a late review, i only remembered to make a review when i saw a notification banner on my phone. i only downloaded this app because of the feature where you can schedule a trip beforehand. a week before Christmas last year, i booked 2 weeks before my flight only for it to be cancelled 30 minutes before my actual ride to the airport. it was already difficult to get a ride during the holiday season, this app made it even more inconvenient.

What’s the purpose of th pre-booking feature if your app cannot service customers accordingly? For context I booked my airport transport 3 days before my flight and Avis texted 1 hour before the said booking that there isn’t enough drivers. Just shut down already. Super hassle!!!’

I always go for Avis since ever since 5 stars!
