I bought groceries via the avo app and they delivered my items the next day and more items were missing. Im extremely unhappy.

Does 19 days to trade GBs for AVO points sound reasonable? Sure doesn’t to me, but they seem fine with it. Sorry for you, no refunds!
Flight cancellations
Bad experience I had had with Avo, cancelled my flight and they said they’ll credit my account if I book using the same airline. Till to date my account has not been credited and whenever I call them they just give me excuses after excuses. Never again
R19 deal
What a scam
App needs work
The app needs a lot of work. The search function doesn’t work well, there are not a lot of options and most of the products are more expensive here. Can’t even get to the “R19” special which comes on at a certain time and is already sold out.
Flight tickets
I have been trying to buy flight tickets with no luck Page keeps on timing out and refresh itself, I don’t have patience with it…the side is horrible 🥹
Disappointed
Off all my online shopping experiences. This has got to be the worst.
iPhone received
I ordered a cell phone on Tuesday which arrived the following Monday (the delivery date was for the next day). After reading reviews after ordering, I got worried about whether the item would come and I’m glad that it did.
Non delivery
They will take your money and not communicate and not deliver. You're better off using one of the other more reputable apps.
Customer experience
After my 2 day ordeal to place my first order a week ago (see my other 1 star review for that adventure) the delivery took place today. My surname was not indicated on the Waybill, so it was returned. Also, I was not contacted either to prepare me for delivery or when it was returned. A week later and still nothing.
