I don’t know how to rate this app yet. I paid for my account to be upgraded. Received the email saying I upgraded, the money was taken out of my account, but my profile is still standard. And now I can not get ahold of anyone to get it resolved UPDATE: I emailed the support team, and they have fixed the issue. Thank you so much for the help!
