Yet again no purchase history when I know there is

I adore this game and have been a loyal fan ever since the very first game in the series. Disappointed I cannot play the previous on my phone anyone. To the developers, please update the game.

Like a lot of the other reviews I paid to unlock the game but it recognised the payment but just wouldn't move past the authenticating stage. I spoke to customer services who tried to help, but unfortunately after following all their advise it was still doing the same. I was advised if this was the case to go through apple for a refund (I did this through my invoice email) Please can we just have a version that you pay for when you first download it instead of an in-app purchase which obviously isn't working properly.

So annoying that iv paid for the upgrade to the full version of this game and I cannot download the full version because it says "authenticating" but has been doing it for 4 days now!! IT WILL NOT MOVE PAST THIS STEP!!! What a complete waste of money. Big fish are just stealing people's money as now reading the reviews it seems it's an ongoing issue with a lot of customers who have purchased it and not received it!!! Sort it out of refund me!!!!! So disappointed as the awakenings are my fave games and I was so looking forward to playing it!!!

Love this series. This one was by far the shortest. But I enjoyed it.

I love the awakening games but I'm not very happy with this one. Played the demo then I paid of the game and it wouldn't download or install please fix the problem on your awakening games cheers

Paid for but won't open, just crashes, was really looking forward to playing, 4 stars because I know that eventually when you update and fix the issue it will be perfect.

Loved the previous awakenings but don't think this one as good, but enjoyed none the less. Unfortunately half way through the bonus chapter and it just keeps telling me, nothing to do in this area in all areas so had to leave it, disappointing.
