ماتواصل معي احد التطبيق مهجور

تم الحجز ولم يتم التواصل من قبل السائق او من قبل التطبيق وتم اشعاري بعدها بالغاء الحجز

بعد ماسويت الطلب وكل شي وبعد انتظار جاني رفض تم الالغاء .. ولا احد تواصل معي ولا شي

اجبار العميل على التسجيل بحجة خدمته بشكل أفضل أو التأكد من مصداقية الطلب حجه واهية. أنا اصلا ما اعرف ايش هي خدماتك ولا أسعارك ولا طريقة واجراءات خدماتك عشان أسجل عندك داه ! كنا طمعانين في احترافية أكثر لكن للأسف الخدمات اللي تقدموها شكلها سر

Downloaded the app, selected the service which was moving few items from one house to another. Few minutes later a random call came from an extremely unprofessional person with his unprofessional way of speaking. I said hello he replied straight away have you order from awni i said yes he asked me the same question that i have added on the app, (how many people do you want, where are you going, what are you moving) i answered all questions which were already added on the application. He's like okay i need 30 min to reach i waited for him more than 30min no one showed up called him several times no answer. After that i texted him on watsapp he's like sorry im not coming. What kind of service is this. I would say this is the WORST app ever. Dont even think of using or dealing with it.

يجبرني بإدخال جوالي حتى أتعرف على الخدمات! شيء غريب ! لا بد من تعريف العميل قبل طلب رقمه،،، وإذا رغب الخدمة حينها يمكنه إعطاؤهم الرقم،،،، حتى تعدلوا هذا بعدها يتم التقييم الذي تستحقه الخدمة
