The app is not useful as I’m not able to do claim and renewal for my insurance,I stoped using it…

Going through hard time with this. Bought the car policy, got car accident, now they are not repairing the car nor paying the amount which was agreed in the policy. Plus forcing me to take back your car as it in. ( not running condition ) This is happening with me here in AWNIC Alain they don't have the solution and i am trying to reach the manager level through customer service they redirect me to Alain. Very poor experience.

Claims and procedures are delayed due to the incompetence of the concerned department.

Worst experience of my life ,I just wanted the info of the garage and they spend two weeks just to give me the info , Not recommended

برنامج لايستجيب و عندما تتصل في الشركة ستأخذ نصف يوم لكي يجيبو عليك 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

One of the worst companies to deal with the customer. Not answering the call and waiting a lot, and the accident takes them from two months, not 6 months of work. They are really tired. I will never do business with them again

Unclear how to upload a document when claiming for car repair upon accident

Nobody answers the call at all, no reply in emails No updates in the app
