Non funziona con alexa
Il prodotto è stato venduto come controllabile tramite alexa (c’era anche specificato tramite disegno sulla scatola d’imballaggio) ma è impossibile da collegare.. ho già scritto all’assistenza ma non risolvono nulla

AwoX HomeControl is the new Awox Application, providing all benefits from the latest features and updates.
If you already have an AwoX Smart CONTROL account, and in case you don’t own legacy devices in the following list : EGLO connect.wifi products, EGLO PLUG, EGLO PLUG PLUS or EGLO USB KEY, AwoX SmartLIGHTs, AromaLIGHTs, Awox SmartLEDs, AwoX StriimLIGHTs, SmartPEBBLE and SmartPLUGs, then you can easily and automatically migrate your account to AwoX HomeControl. Just type in your AwoX Smart CONTROL credentials into AwoX HomeControl and follow the wizard to transfer automatically your products.

Plafoniera Eglo non più collegata all’app!
Da ormai circa un mese non ho più collegata la luce della plafoniera Eglo all’app Awox. In passato, come leggo anche da altre recensioni, mi è capitato che si disconnettesse ma sono sempre riuscito a collegarla all’app. Questa volta invece senza successo. Ho seguito più volte la noiosa procedura di reset (accendi 1 sec, spegni 6 sec, ecc) ma non compare mai il dispositivo da associare. Praticamente adesso è una normalissima plafoniera non intelligente. Per quello che ho pagato è stato veramente un brutto affare… un furto… spero risolvano con un nuovo aggiornamento. Per il momento sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto di prodotti intelligenti da associare a quest’app. Troppo rischioso investire soldi con questa tecnologica mal sviluppata. SCONSIGLIATO! Aggiornamento: utilizzando l’app Awox Smart Control (versione precedente dell’app) riesco a collegarmi alla plafoniera e a far funzionare la luce.

Con questa App non è possibile collegare i dispositivi ad Alexa.
Pessimo
Dopo il passaggio da Eglo ad Awox home control, i vecchi dispositivi piano piano diventano inutilizzabili. Ho resettato 4 volte app e luci poiché l’applicazione va in crash se tento di aggiungere un remote control e la luce ad esso collegata. Sgrunt

App di prima funzionava ed era perfetta …questa è inutile …non so più come gestire i due lampadari

Con la vecchia applicazione ogni tot si dissociava la luce ma in alcuni semplici passaggi si poteva ristabilire il contatto…con questa nuova applicazione da un giorno all’altro la luce è diventata rossa e non c’è più modo di connettersi ad essa

Con due lampade che sono vendute con questa app, diventi matto per controllarle. Servirebbe un update di questa app
