Faster MFA than most
Have used most of the different MFA applications over my career and this one seems to get me logged in the quickest with the least hassle. Really like not needing to remember a password as well.

Axiad ID works for my Axiad authentication (of course). But, it also works for 3rd party apps such as WordPress. It’s easy to set up and intuitive for use!
Use it and have no issues
Quick alerts when I need MFA to log into my applications, and reliable biometric support to help secure the app.
Be careful this company is collecting your biometric data. As a cyber professional this puts you at risk. This is absolutely abhorrent and idiotic for a authentication service. If we were going to use biometrics we wouldn’t need to use an authentication service.
I had Axiad installed on my iPhone 8 and it worked ok, but then I had to get another iPhone 13, and now after transferring data the app no longer works. I get an “Unlock” button that does nothing —- follow up —- You (the developer) responded by asking to contact the firm using Axiad, so you could work with them directly. I didn’t say it was their issue, the problem is on your side. For their part they would just have me (re)enroll, that’s it. The issue is data transfer from one phone to another, which is all on you guys not them. That part didn’t work, that’s what is broken, which is not an issue for the company but for you. I see no reason to contact or involve them in an issue they have nothing to do with. In looking at the other comments I’m wondering how many were in the same situation, where you involved their company unnecessarily? I think you should own this yourselves, and test/retest data transfers to determine what goes wrong.
Restarting iOS and re-installing the app does not fix the app opening to a black screen
App opens to a blank screen. Our IT department told me to delete Google Duo which may have a conflict with it. Still the same.
More secure than other two-factor apps and works flawlessly. Supports pins so that you just need to confirm on the app if implemented by your org.
It will ask me to do my face verification but every time after that I have to close the app out fully and try my passcode and Face ID verification again.
