axiis Tenant App

If you want to be able to sometimes get into the building, this is the perfect app for you. There was a period earlier this year where the building pass did not work for over a month with no updates from the administrator. Frequently, when you open the building pass it reloads your credentials and times out.

this is a cool app and i really like the easy accessibility to events going on. however, the app sometimes crashes and does weird things when checking out multiple events in one session, normally relaunching the app fixes it but it is annoying. also, i get like 3 of the same notification sometimes and that’s just weird and annoying. please fix!

Almost everything you are supposed to be able to do in this app is broken. Should’ve hired a competent app developer

I’ve gone through all the steps and things worked great at first. Now, the app won’t let me reserve time at the gym. This has been going on for over a week now. It tells me that I need to check the boxes for Covid. I do it and I get alerts telling me I didn’t. I try to uncheck and recheck the boxes and the app brings up an error.

App wants to stay active when you are not using it and use your current location among and other stuff.

I didn’t have any issues setting up an account or logging in like some others, but I just don’t see the point of this app. So I can get daily notifications about random events in the building? I’ll pass. A building map would be helpful for starters. What’s the point of listing all the retailers in the building if I don’t know where they are? Also, these 5 star reviews are so obviously fake it’s almost funny

I finally RSVP’d to the tenant happy hour downstairs! I constantly miss it because I never know when it’s happening. And I found out I have 10% off at a bunch of restaurants nearby!

Experiencing the same thing as the bad reviews here. I log in and it just spins. Since I downloaded this app about a month ago, I have not been able yo successfully view anything.

Doesn't work, just spins. Tried reinstalling, didn't fix it. When I tap shopping cart it crashes out. You should get someone who knows what they are doing to write your app.
