Payment for MF NFO

Very poor system of payment has been created. Yesterday I had to register axis bank you payment as no other mode was being accepted. Later the UPI payment couldn’t be made , inpspite of downloading Bhim UPIApp as it wasn’t allowing me to pay more than 5000 After 24 hours I tried to pay again through UPI app of axis bank then every time transaction failed , reason not known . Earlier I was easily paying through net banking but that option wasn’t visible anywhere. Very very troublesome has been my experience

THE WORST app I ever experienced. Never work without glitches. Everytime I do transaction, it failed but money was deducted from my account. Even after numerous complaints nothing has changed.

Axis MF app

Features on website and mobile app are not in consonance with requirements. Why a family investing in funds is required to have separate mobile phone numbers and separate email ids? When transacting through webpage, such requirement doesn’t come up. This feature for investment needs to be reviewed. This was brought to the notice of call center attendant but his response or feedback is not received.

Extremely buggy app

Axis needs to get their act together. The app is extremely unfriendly to use. As is the website. I tried increasing my investment in a folio but it got increasingly frustrating and I finally abandoned it and went to another mutual fund.
