App is pretty easy and simple to use

I agree 110% with last commenter. It would be a huge help to have: -clients name,age,diagnosis -clients preferences ie. sponge bath only as client has fear of shower, or meals must be minced (doesn’t wear dentures) , activities client loves, and important notes ie.client is sensitive to loud noises, or tactile sensitivity loose clothing, or no zippers -anything that is important to client and their routine -having this important information in one location would lead to better and consistent client care :)

Does basic tasks. But it’s really missing the client profile, and info. No age, no tid bit. No note room for first instructions (door to left, PIN code, etc) some offices don’t tell us much- and nor does this app. Going in with just a name and address :/

This is the worst app I have ever used. Creates work rather then streamlining and is constantly unable to perform even within it’s basic limitations.

I’ve been working with a company that utilizes Axiscare for a little over half a year now & so far everything is great! My only complaint is that I get 2-3 notifications a day saying something along the lines of “Axiscare would love to hear from you!” So here I am, writing a review in hopes that I stop receiving notifications :)

As a contract CNA and using apps for scheduling, this app has easy accessibility to input information and data. Thank you.

Today I arrived at 1:50 pm. Samuel arrived about 2:35 pm. His dad arrived at 3:10 pm. His mom called at 6:18 pm and said I could leave; she would be on her way home soon. I left at 6:10 pm.
