App does not align with account
It seems the app does not align with my account. On the 30th of April I upgraded my fibre line from 50/25 to 200/100. The app stated (and still states) that activation will happen on the 30th of April…it is the 10th of May and still my fibre is on 50/25 EVEN THOUGH the app states the activation will happen the 30th of April
