Le service client est injoignable , aucun suivi, et la qualité laisse à désirer… suite à une erreur de sur commande dans le site j’ai du courir derrière mon remboursement et parler à un robot qui ne comprenait pas mon problème … pendant des semaines !

Va falloir clairement revoir l’application du début à la fin. Impossible de se connecter au site de marque et mot de passe oublié et même l’application n’arrête pas de planter. Franchement je sais pas si c’est un stagiaire qu’il a fait. Il va falloir revoir les bases…

Je n’ai jamais vu une application aussi mal faite. Déjà, si vous oubliez votre mot de passe, il est impossible de le récupérer. On vous donnera un code par e-mail et vous pourrez vous connecter en one shot sur internet mais pas sur l’application donc pour les accès des promos en anticipé c’est déjà mal parti. Ensuite, l’app plante plusieurs fois par jour. Il faut la désinstaller puis la réinstaller si on veut l’utiliser. Enfin, lorsqu’on souhaite renseigner ses adresses, il n’y a pas la FRANCE. Donc en fait, on ne peut pas se faire livrer depuis l’app. Qui a conçu cette application ? Un stagiaire ? Je ne travaille pas en informatique et je pense pourtant faire mieux. Pour une marque qui se veut concurrente d’autres grandes marques, l’investissement IT est honteusement bas.

I have been ignored for weeks about an item I reported for being damaged. I received a pair of fold over leggings with two large holes in both of the legs. This has been extremely frustrating because I have followed everything I was supposed to do on my part. No one will help me.

This was my first time ordering from them and I will not be ordering from them again. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings on Black Friday, Nov 29th. Yes i understand with Black Friday shipping and processing will take longer than usual but they did not even process my order until Dec 9th than took an additional 4 days to move it to shipping. It is now Dec 22nd and it hasn’t even left the UK! I’m going on 30 days without my package. There is absolutely no way of getting in touch with customer service unless it’s through a chatbot which took almost an hour to finally get offered to receive an email from customer service! 3 days later and I’ve gotten the most vague, careless responses. Basically telling me I’m just out of luck and to deal with it and they will get here when they get here. Your leggings are top dollar prices, I’d expect a lot more from your team! There are too many companies out there to treat your customers with such carelessness.

scam ! it’s been weeks and no package ! no updates or anything ! can’t get ahold of anyone ! don’t order from here !

Trying to get status on an order is like pulling teeth.

My package was marked delivered, but it was never delivered. I have tried to contact customer service couple times, and I never heard from them. Also I have previously bought from here and there are some shirts that are not great quality

I wore Lululemon before I discovered AYBL. I was impressed with my first purchase so I downloaded the app. The app is easy to use, gives users exclusive access to sales, and it’s compatible with my Apple wallet. The shipping could be faster. My last order took 15 days to arrive to North Carolina. It was a gift. Thankfully, I ordered it weeks in advance. Nonetheless, I’d give AYBL 5-stars because they’re clothes are great quality for an affordable price. I just ordered Christmas presents. If anything changes, I’ll update my review.

app won’t let me load into it and when i can It won’t properly track my order on the app
