They will accept order, they will process but will not deliver. Especially when any offer is applied. 3 times AYN rejected my order without any reason. Please do not waste time on this

I had ordered some fruits and vegetables, delivered on time. Freshness is really amazing but my point is about the application which is outstanding and very customer friendly app..precise and no waste of time!!
Horrible experiment I have ordered at 10 am and didn't receive my order until 4:30 ,,7 hours delay!!! Can you imagine how i depend on this app to get my grocery for lunch and can not be able to make it as they delayed my order this all time and didn't come except after i called them for 8 times !!!! And in each time no one can help me customer care un professional they didn't know anything and cannot even handle me !!!!!
I ordered from AYN. They didn’t delivered the order. They are telling a particular promo code can be used only once for an address. Only one person in a house can use the promo code, I wondered. This is fake platform.... No one please don’t use this application. I lost my money.
This app is just demo i feel I have order and they did not accept my order and when i call customer care they are saying that they can deliver only Barsha
I ordered for a delivery next day at 10 am. It is already 4 Pm and I didn’t receive anything. I called their customer service more than 6 times but nothing happened. I guess they don’t even exist and maybe it is just a fake platform. Super disappointed
