Volume on iPhone
The volume on iPhones is too low you should fix it however everything else is great

My gems disappeared
I stoped using the app for some time and when i came back my gems disappeared ,i have all my receipts and email confirmations so i am not scamming. I tried to contact support but every time i do i get an automated reply with 0 help and they don’t even address my situation.
