Ordered a dress for a wedding, it comes late then looks nothing like the picture. I requested to return it and almost a month later of emailing them constantly they finally sent me a return label. I have now that posted about a month and a half and still have not received a refund. When I email to find out what’s happening I just got told they received it on the 06/05/2023 and then continue to tell me the “process can take 1-2 weeks but once completed, we'll get to work on your refund. Refunds can take an additional 3-4 days to process on our end” now if that was the case that is only 2 and a half weeks maximum, it is now a month an a half since they received my return package and still being told the same thing. I wouldn’t waste my time or money again !!!!
