Не открывается ни одна из купленных книг
Не открывается ни одна из купленных книг. Почему?
Книги не грузятся
Оплатила книгу, на полке она появилась, но со значком скачивания. При нажатии постоянно выдаёт ошибку и не загружается. Деньги сняли при этом с карты.
Приложение работает некорректно
Сначала приложение работало хорошо, понравились книжки, хотя в некоторых и не хватало интерактивных страничек, рисовка и голоса детишек шли на ура. Но в последнее время обозначилась следующая проблема: купленные книжки не отображаются в "моих книгах" и, если восстановить покупки, они появляются снова в этом разделе, но открыть их не представляется возможным. Вопрос: почему?
