Simplified expense management of expenses, allowances and receipts for both small and large companies. Azets Expense is designed to support businesses and organizations to simplify every step in expense management through a user-friendly solution that is integrated with Azet´s payroll and accounting system. Paper receipts are photographed, interpreted and coded directly in the app. Azets Expense also handles Email receipts as well as digital receipts coming directly from the store. In the app, expenses, subscriptions and milage are recorded as basis for electronic approval and payment reports. The information in Azets Expense is stored safely with access from both web browsers and directly in the app.

Den beskattade delen finns inte med när man gör traktamente i stor brittanien, Irland eller Estland antar att det är fler länder som inte funkar. Ingen vilja från azets att försöka lösa problemet heller

Hitta på ett vettigare sätt att logga in på, typ bank-id eller sms-kod till mobil. Detta påhitt men Microsoft Authenticator är bara tålamodskrävande
Unbelievably bad
Randomly works with cam to take photos of reciepts. Customer service in Cozone seems to have misunderstood their purpose. Very hard to reach, not calling back when asked to, and so on… Lot of problem with logins, not solved after five(!) months of constant trouble. Apparently works only with Chrome(!) Still struggling with login on PC after installing Chrome. Did the same for many years in competitors apps and web interfaces without any problems. It just worked!! Sorry to say, I can not recommend this solution to file expenses or mileage.

Ifrån det att rapporten är inskickad kan det ta tre månader till utbetalning. Skulle ett kvitto fallera faller hela rapporten

Tydlighet
Saknar att kunna välja Skicka in efter Registrerade mil osv. Så man vet om den är inskickade och klar till admin.
