Its easy and fuss free to receive the cashback. The withdrawal process also easy. Overall satisfied and happy to earn some penny while travelling. 👍👍👍
Love the competition
This platform offers better cashback for some merchant. App interface could be better, but I believe in a good start and slowly improving as time goes. One feature I love: Fast Cashback!
Amazing, life-saving customer service!
I bought a 1-for-1 deal USS ticket but was careless to not check when to redeem it. The tickets take 3 working days to process but I redeemed it on the day itself, thinking that I was unable to schedule a date after redeeming. So I called Azgo Customer Service to tell them about my dilemma and in hopes that they would allow last-minute urgent request. The person on the phone was really friendly and handled my situation really well, and the call went smoothly. He was open to explain that they cannot guarantee anything, and offered to help switch it to another date if our tickets cannot be processed. He handed the situation over to their support team after the call. I called at 11.15am, and within 20mins later I received a call update. I was told that I was able to get the tickets and just needed to email my details to his support team so they can get it properly processed. 15mins after the email, I got both my tickets and was able to enter USS! Really grateful and appreciative of the fuss-free and smooth customer service provided. The caller was amazing as well, thank you!
