When injecting money the only option i can choose is using debit card but whenever i choose the other option the application crashes and doesnt make me choose it can you fix this issue because i dont have a debit card and i only have visa and meeza?

Where all technologies have been invented to serve people around the world, and the main reason of these kind of applications is to facilitate trading from all around the world, I have been shocked when I knew the application is only for people who have Egyptian documents, I contacted the customer support but they told me I can sign a contract in there offices lol, so what the use of the app then?!!!!!!!!

I am working abroad in kuwait and was forced to choose spain because kuwait is not on the list, also CIB branches does not include my city assuit.

It’s shameful that a big name like Azimut releases an app like this. The app fails and keeps showing errors starting from the registration phase. I had to contact support (who aren’t always responsive on WhatsApp) to complete the initial registration process. Afterwards, I was told that another technical failure is preventing my account from getting verified within the 2-day maximum period. Support kept promising that the technical problem preventing the verification of my account would be solved by specific deadlines, but they missed their own set deadlines twice so far. Such delays are causing investments to be postponed and resulting in missed investment opportunities. As a multinational company, I expected that they would hire professionals to make a top-notch app. But apparently, some poor management decisions were taken to make savings on app development, which indicates that they hired amateurs to develop the app and released it prematurely. As an asset and wealth management company, they don’t seem to understand that time is money. This first experience with Azimut has fallen way below my expectations, and it burst the bubble around them so quickly. Adding to that, I don’t see escalation processes or escalation contacts that can step in and get things done when things go so wrong like this. If they are so lost, they can just follow the lead of Thndr and NBE in app development. I’m not sure if I should trust them with my investments after all.

App keep giving operations error whenever I try to submit my mobile number and I’m stopped at this stage, tried it zillion times!!
