Terrible app , can’t connect at all once out of house using phone data

I change my router and cannot connect anymore regardless which way I tried. It just says offline and I can’t do anything about it. Pls advice

Earlier still can view from outside, now at outside totally cannot login, waited for than 5minutes still cannot get connected. Please improve your rubbish app. If you app developer is so lousy, better dont sell your product on market. Do you know its very terrible??

Know how to keep selling the camera but never both to update apps for better improvements. When are you going to update the apps? The old apps are not working!!!

hi there, could you just update your app? i cant use your camera to scan the qr code and same goes for me typing the UID manually. it dont work! could tour tech ppl just update and improve the app? thanks.

Qr scanner can’t access the iPhone 7plus camera

Hi The app used to send me notifications when there is an alarm. Now I only can check a recorded alarm but do not receive any alarm notification at all. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it is still the same. Used to work properly when I installed the first time. Please help.

After my phone got updated to iOS v11, the app stopped detecting the camera.

It’s look like your apps need to be updated. It doesn’t support. Whenever added a device couldn’t connected after the first time

Need to fix with update,bad image quality and can't play via Mobile Data 4G connection.App close automatically.
