To put in simple terms: the app doesn’t work. It freezes very frequently during the transition between screens, which is incredibly irritant - you have just filled the dates and airports you want to buy a ticket, and when you submit the search, all you will see is a picture of some destination you won’t be flying to, since you won’t be able to proceed to the selection of flights. Looks like it’s made by amateurs. Wast of time. Should be banned from the App Store.

Simplesmente horrível! Minha reserva não abre, e não consigo adicionar o cartão de pontos. O site não encontra o código de reserva sendo que no app a reserva aparece (mas não abre). Toda hora pede pra refazer o login. Um lixo!

It is very sad that an international is not able to add English as an second language to her app, not enough the crew on all 3 flight I took them was not speaking English at all. That is an absolut nogo for an international airline!

Traz automaticamente o nome incorreto do cadastro para pessoas com 2 sobrenomes. Quem viaja com frequencia sabe dos problemas que isso pode causar. Campos obrigatorios nao estao identificados. Pagamento com cartao nao funciona e o site nao indica o por que.

Changing passwords just does not work! I give up on this! Disappointing. Continuing as “visitante”.

It’s impossible to input dates for return flights. Therefore each flight has to be booked oneway. And in the end you have to enter a CPF, that foreigners usually don’t have. In these respects the app is undersigned and useless.

O que está funcionando funciona muito bem. Porém uma funcionalidade crucial está quebrada a meses, que é a compra de passagem. O calendário tem um bug que só é possível escolher a volta para no máximo no dia seguinte à ida. Já reportei esse problema pelo atendimento no Twitter a tempos e nada foi resolvido. - provavelmente falta a implementação de analytics para pegar esses bugs básicos (que impactam diretamente a conversão) - não devem estar monitorando a conversão pelo App. Provavelmente pessoas estão deixando de comprar (como eu) por causa disso. - talvez melhorar a etapa de QA antes do release e fazer testes funcionais em múltiplos dispositivos caso não estejam fazendo. Meu aparelho é um iPhone 7 128gb iOS 12.4.1.

Esse aplicativo precisa melhorar para mercado internacional, para estrangeiros... Possibilidade mudar a idioma seria bom, mudar “currency” como no website tbm, comprar sem CEP (as foreigners normally don’t have one). Porque o Azul têm voos internacionais sem o mesmo serviço como no mercado doméstico => I mean this App !?!?!?!
