What the other reviews state is true. There is no “share” button on the IOP screen and reinstalling the ap does not work either.
I would give this app a negative rating if it were possible. This is such a bad app, and I’m glad I’m not the only one who cannot stand it. 11/10 don’t recommend using this app!!!
Why are you people making something that doesn’t work error after error. Did create accounts spend so much time waisted! Write this app down on a piece of paper, throw it in the trash. Total waste of time.
AIP Viewer no longer available as a “share via” option in the iOS mail client. It’s the only option to view encrypted emails. Also no longer viewable when I select “edit” to try to add to favorites. Deleting and reinstalling does not fix the issue.
Will not work to open a confidential medical file in email. The direction for iOS are outdated. Please update…
App crashes when you try to print or share. Barely functional.
I use outlook for iOS clicking on file Doesn’t auto open just sends you to App Store so file association is broken on IOS15 You have to hold the rpmsg or file In outlook then choose sharvia then select the aip app Then it works. Please fix this Also it’s broke On windows pc as well can’t open an rpmsg says old format
Frustrating, can’t make it work.
