Not too bad.
The bad first. The English translation is very rough at times. You will still mostly understand it, but we’re talking auto translate levels of composition. Also, the only way you’ll understand the logic of how difficulty scales is already know the concept of “floor bosses”. It would have been nice if in the dialogue the mentioned that a boss shows up every set amount of floors. It’s possible I missed that but I don’t think that info was given. A lot of the mechanics aren’t explained well, so the player has to figure a lot out on their own. That will probably turn a lot of people off. The good. You really get to create your type of hero by choosing the stats you want keep. The mixing system is very basic, but very effective at letting you make your play style. It also makes the game worth replaying to try different builds. The art and 2D sprites are nice. The music is repetitive but not terrible.
