The Wi-Fi isn’t working despite everything.

Would not own one if they gave this junk away. I’m an IT pro and it never connected. Exchanged under warranty and still didn’t work. Poorly programmed app. Complete garbage.

I got a Mini Dash Cam for Christmas, all I needed to do was download this app for “easy control” of my camera. Once downloaded, all it does is display a screen that says “Click to Connect” you can click til your fingers get tired but it won’t do anything. Complete waste of my time and my wife’s money. It must be a scam!

for about two or three months, the app is no longer connecting to the dash cam even though my phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network. I have done all the troubleshooting I can think of semicolon unplugging replug in the dash cam, uninstalling and reinstalling the application, forgetting the Wi-Fi network and reconnecting to it, turning my phone on and off, clearing the cache and RAM of my phone, turning off the data on my phone so it can only use the Wi-Fi, placing my phone or airplane mode, and leaving the device disconnected for a various periods of time. Please advise.

This app seriously needs an update. I have iOS 15.0.1 and this app no longer connects to my dashcam. That is an issue because if I need to pull footage in the case of an accident and show the police, I am unable to. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Does not connect w iPhone 6s running latest iOS 14.7.1

It won’t connect even after the update. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it still says can’t connect

Camera seems to work well but the App doesn’t. Cant change date and sync to phone as when clicking on App buttons, some don’t function. May return and buy another brand

I bought a blueskysea dash cam and to use it I need to download this app. So I did and this app does not work, it says it can’t connect to my WiFi. Waste of money.

App app is easy enough to use, but playback of the video when downloaded is choppy on iOS 13
