I suggest adding a feature to the app that reflects the cancellation policy more prominently. Many users, like myself, might not be aware of the policy buried in the website. By implementing a feature that clearly prompts users about the deduction of credits for cancellations made within 12 or 24 hours, everyone will have a better understanding and won't feel blindsided.

After the 1.21.0 release, 1) dashboard points were all wiped out 2) not able to perform booking for PT 3) check in activities time are not reflective Tried logout & login, uninstall & reinstall still behave with all above issues.

The port over to this app from the Wellness app is worse - there are no indicators on which classes are open for booking as all classes will show up for the next few weeks but you cannot actually book it, hence no reminders on when the classes are available for booking. We also cannot see how many pax have signed up for the classes, and how many spots are left, leading to signing up as a Group for a preferred class difficult. There are also no waitlist function and a reminder on when a previously fully booked class has a slot available.
