Around last year I had this app and alll the selections were open , now you can only get vegetables . No recipes and you have to pay to unlock everything. I thought I had finally found what my kids needed and they snatched it away
Do not get this app!! There’s no free trial, and you can’t get your money back. The pictures on the App Store don’t give you the full idea. There’s no choice to build a profile for your baby, but more importantly, you can’t go back and edit your entries!!
There is a lot of great information and recipes in this app, but it is really not user friendly. You can’t adjust/delete any of the notes or dates on when you track food that baby has tried. If that feature could be added and the home screen made a little more user friendly (not so much swiping), this would be a great app! Definitely wish there was a free trial before having to spend the $30 too.
I truly wish this app offered a free trial. I purchased because the other app I was looking at was significantly more expensive. It’s hard to grasp the full design through the preview. The Home Screen is VERY BUSY and I find it hard to look at/scroll through. You have to swipe through things to look at recipes instead of seeing them in a list, the font is small for preparation instructions, there’s not a ton of pictures for preparation. I think I am going to delete and purchase the app that is more expensive after utilizing their free trial (Solid Starts). I feel like I have 100% wasted my money on this app and I wish I could get a refund. I knew I couldn’t use it immediately after seeing the landing page. The information is goodish-I just really don’t like how it is presented. My advice would be to utilize the free trials on the other solids apps and see what you like before blindly purchasing this one. I am very disappointed and would really like my money back if anyone knows how to accomplish that.
It helps me so much find new things to cook for my kids and to start weening them into solid foods and finger foods , instead of feeding them the same things every week they can try new fruits or vegetables every day
A lot misspelling, and barely any information without paying
To start, when you first open the app it’s just too overwhelming to the eye. You get overwhelmed and isn’t very user friendly. The graphics are pretty but it’s just too busy. Second thing is you need to pay for a premium version just to get a search feature? Come on that’s a basic function. These points alone made me look for another app.
You have to pay to see it… i did and it’s nothing that isn’t in the internet already. No pictures or videos. Basic. Solid starts is much better.
I want a refund. This app has so many issues. It’s not customizable or user friendly. You can’t even track any of the recipes and it doesn’t have a lot of food items I think it should. It didn’t let you look through the app before paying for it so I paid for it based on just the description.
