I decided to try how the app works and opted for a 3 day free subscription and if I liked the app, I would have to pay for a year CHF35 The app did not meet my expectations and I canceled my subscription during those three free test days. But the money was charged and not refunded. After numerous messages to customer support - no response. The app doesn't work, money paid, horror!!!!!😩
Paid for a yearly subscription, however app stopped functioning after a few days. Baby crying so loud you could hear her through two doors - app says “baby sleeping”. Both phones plugged in with the app running. Tested with multiple phone and network combinations. Developer request remained unanswered after an information request. Now attempting refund. Very dissatisfied and strongly recommend against.

This app had a “3 day free trial” but you have to cancel at least one day in advance, so it’s actually a two day trial. No one wants to use a device as a dedicated baby monitor so this app is primarily useful when you realize you’ve left your baby monitor at home while traveling. No one actually needs or wants a one year subscription to this, certainly not for $35.
Downloaded on two phones for the free trial. Canceled on one phone and didn’t see how to cancel on the other so I thought it was fine since they were connected to the same account. Saby charged me on the other phone. Not cool, especially since the cancelation button was not there when I went to cancel on the second phone. Maybe I missed it, but if so, two emails should have been sent out for both accounts, and I only got one. Not the mention… it’s ridiculously expensive for a subscription. $32.99 on one phone? Which is useless without the other phone… so $66 for a year of use (I’m pretty sure it’s actually more than this)…. It’s a joke. Buy a physical monitor instead. It’s more worth your money. Or, if you have two phones to make this work, just do a video call with them and put one phone on mute and speaker! That’s free and works just as well!
Beware. It says cancel anytime, but does not seem to provide a cancel button in the app when trying to cancel within the three day trial. Seems crooked to me. App worked ok. Better off just buying a $30 monitor on amazon.
Downloaded for the three day trial, but it wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Canceled before day three and they charged us for a year. Shady business practices. Wouldn’t trust them.
The camera works OK but the cry alarm is a complete fail.
This app was accidentally purchased. I cancelled it immediately. Who do I need to talk too about getting a refund?
